Orchard District

Orchard District is the first integrated township development in Cagayan de Oro by Johndorf Ventures Corporation. This nature-inspired community is located within a lush, mango orchard with abundant greenery and rolling terrain.

The challenge for this video was the structures did not exist yet. Instead of just using 3d renderings of their property, we came up with a diorama concept. The studio came up with the concept and story and we collaborated with 8 Thumbs Studio for the execution.

My role in this project was helping out with concept and storyboards. I also created the logo and visual identity for the brand.
